Leadership

Tony Lercara is vice president for City Light & Power, Inc. (CLP). He assumed this role in 2014, where he oversees operations management and business development. Tony initially joined CLP in 2003 as an account specialist and dispatcher. Prior to his current role, Tony held several different positions within the CLP organization, each with increasing levels of responsibility gaining experience in almost all aspects of the electrical power business. Tony will be focusing on developing new business opportunities both within and outside of the UP world. This would include but not be limited to Investor-Owned Utilities, Cooperatives, Municipalities, College Campuses, and other areas that utilize our skillset of our team here at CLP and USPE. He brings more than 18 years of technical, proposal writing, operational and problem-solving experience to CLP in this capacity. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Whittier College.
