Rachel Vonsiebenhoven

Controller

After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Ms. Vonsiebenhoven started her accounting career at the State of Arizona, as an accountant working for the Auditor General.  Ms. Vonsiebenhoven then worked as a controller for private companies in the fields of manufacturing and retail as well as gaining accounting experience in mining. 

In 2007 Ms. Vonsiebenhoven joined City Light and Power as Controller focusing on working with municipalities, primarily on street lighting systems.  Currently, she oversees accounting functions that include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, tax, financial reporting and audits.  Ms. Vonsiebenhoven continues to grow the accounting department to support new contracts in various states.
